Less people are able to drive over to Sin City because the high price of gas. To battle this problem Las Vegas deals have come up with a solution and that is comping gas prices after a traveler books a stay in their hotel. Not every hotel and casino on the strip is doing this but some great ones are. I think this is an amazing idea.

The Las Vegas strip hotels that are offering gas discounts include Planet Hollywood, and well no one else that I have found yet. There are other hotels in the Southwest who have also adopted the deal and I expect more Vegas hotels to follow suit.

Planet Hollywood will give those who book a deluxe room (90 per night) a 40 dollar gas card for their troubles. Those interested should look for the Fuel Your Fame package deal at the resort and casino website. 40 dollars is just about enough to fill my tank which would get me 300 miles or about the whole way there from Phoenix. Two nights is required though.
