It used to be that Vegas wanted you for your gambling money and would offer cheap Las Vegas hotels, Las Vegas coupons, Las Vegas packages, Las Vegas deals, free Las Vegas booze..... you name it just to get you there with your money. Now cheap Las Vegas hotels seem to be a thing of the past and you need to pay for the drinks. There are still some old Las Vegas strip hotels that are reasonable, but they are not the new mega resorts. You can still get Las Vegas deals if you are willing to travel at the last minute and are not particular about planning in advance, but for the most part Vegas has reached a world wide standard where they can make the money in the casino as well as on the food and lodging. A Los Vegas wedding used to be the way to go if you were on a budget. Not any more! But why look for Las Vegas deals anyway? Let the bright lights shine and let the big wheel role! It's Vegas baby!
